Made to complement Moto Iron brand front ends, these are the calipers we recommend for springers conversion projects because we know they offer builders a simple, easy bolt-in solution. They will also fit front ends made by DNA, Hardbody (Mid-USA), Ultima, Biker’s Choice, and Paughco (possibly with modification).

These springer kits are perfect for springers that feature a caliper stay mounting boss on the rear leg. Included wheel spacers are cut to accept 1984-1999 Harley-Davidson Softail-style wheels (6 1/2″ width). This kit can be used with wheels from other models if the appropriate spacers are fabricated.

We recommend the use of a 9/16″ master cylinder with this caliper kit. P/N 101-0194  and 101-0195, our compatible hand control kits, have master cylinders with the correct bore size and are available separately. DOT 5 brake fluid (not included) is recommended for use with this caliper. Brake lines are also available. This kit is not compatible with OEM Harley-Davidson springer front ends.
