If you’re installing a performance exhaust or you need to remove an existing exhaust to service your motorcycle, replacing the gaskets is a must. This Cometic exhaust gasket is the one to use. This style is tapered, so it will help seal even finicky or misaligned exhausts. Cometic’s graphite-impregnated design is perfect for sealing in high-temperature, high-pressure environments.

These work exceptionally well on exhaust systems that have a flared head pipe like factory exhausts. This will not fit exhausts requiring square-cut exhaust gaskets (OE P/N 17048-98).

This exhaust gasket is sold individually, so if you’re removing both pipes (or working on a 2-into-1 that has a conjoined head pipe), you’ll need to order a quantity of two.
